To the extent and expertise available locally in Pakistan, MRfashion is pleased to provide after-sales repair services on its jewellery. This typically includes re-plating in gold or rhodium, or the replacement of missing stones (crystal and cubic zircon).
Repair service will only be provided if:
It is deemed possible to return the product to its original condition or functionality. That is, it should not be damaged beyond repair, and MRfashion will be the sole determinant of that.
All spare parts required for the repair are available.
No third-party repair has been attempted on the article.
Repair takes approximately two weeks.
We make every effort to return the item to its original appearance as far as local facilities permit. However, no guarantee is given of the final result, and no liability is assumed.
Repair prices are not fixed, as they depend on the nature of the item and the type of defect. Please note that MRfashion charges only the actual cost incurred for the repair—without any markup—as a customer service.
This cost is usually nominal compared to the original price of the product, especially for formal jewellery.
For more budget or trendy fashion articles, it may not be advisable to seek repair after their useful life is complete. In such cases, purchasing a new piece may be more economical.
If you would like to take advantage of our after-sales service, please contact us first to obtain a reference number, and then courier your item to our After Sales Service Department.
We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transit. Please ensure your item is well-packaged (preferably in its original box) and sent via a reputable courier company.
Please include your contact details and return address in the package.
After the repair is complete, your article will be delivered to you via Cash on Delivery, which will include the charges for:
The repair service, and
The return courier cost.
