Ordering Process:

• Please place your order online by following the simple checkout process once you’ve added items to your shopping cart.

• Product availability will be rechecked after you place the order. You will receive a confirmation message (via SMS or email) with your order reference number. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order before it is dispatched.

• Once your order is reconfirmed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse and will usually reach you within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

• As per our policy, the Courier agent must be paid before the sealed package can be received or opened.

• If you have any concerns or feedback upon receiving your order, please contact our customer service team and mention your order reference number so we can assist you promptly.

• The Courier agent will not accept returns after the package has been opened.
