Returns

MRfashion has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect condition.


Exchange

All MRfashion merchandise, whether purchased online or from a retail outlet, may be exchanged within three days of purchase. Acceptance for exchange is subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging. It will be inspected by MRfashion representatives, and their decision will be final if the condition is not deemed as new.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • The original receipt must be presented and surrendered.

  • Exchange must be made for an item of equal value in one transaction. No credit note will be issued, nor will any refund be provided if exchanged for a lower-value item.

  • A purchase may only be exchanged once.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items cannot be exchanged.


Online Exchange

Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item as well as the delivery charges for the exchanged item.

Procedure for Online Exchange:

  1. Please contact MRfashion customer service via email or social media, and provide:

    • Your order reference number

    • Reason for exchange

    • The codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange

    Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide you with an Exchange Reference Number. Please note, the item will still be subject to physical inspection upon return.

  2. Send the item back to us along with:

    • The original receipt

    • The exchange reference number

    Please make sure the item is securely packaged in its original packing, and use a reputable courier company to avoid damage or loss during transit. MRfashion does not assume liability for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

  3. Once received, your item will be inspected to ensure it meets exchange conditions. You will then be notified of:

    • The dispatch of your replacement item

    • Any additional payment required (if applicable) for:

      • Shipping charges

      • Price difference (if the exchanged item is of higher value)
